This is more than i expected. My dog actually stood still and did not snap at me. It cuts PERFECT! I think it even felt relaxing for my dog. The ad is so precise, I put it to the test! I shaved my Miniature Horse with it. It took three charges to do his whole body, but I expected that. It's quiet and works like a corded shaver. It got all the way done to the skin and was able to give him a show cut. I did have to use the blade cooler spray, just like an electric shaver, because with constant use, the blade gets warm for the animals. After shaving my Miniature Horse I tried to shave my Pygmy Goats. It did not work on the goats because they have a different, cashmere undercoat.
